Dr. Stacy Whetstone is a graduate from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Zoology and a graduate from The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine with a DVM. She has practiced in South Carolina for the last 12 years and moved to Florida to join Deland Animal Hospital in May 2015. She has 2 cats (Luna and Tallulah), 2 dogs Shep (an Australian Shepard) and Hazel Mae Pearl (a miniature Schnauzer), and 1 husband (Tommy). She is a fanatical Buckeye Football Fan and will be occupied every Saturday afternoon during the fall football season. She also enjoys all things with the ocean and beach, and loves to visit the Bahamas every year to snorkel with the sharks.
