Dr. Compton is originally from Connecticut. She ventured to Ross University in St. Kitts, WI for veterinary school, finishing up her studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She has a professional interest in preventative medicine, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery.

She lives with her husband Michael, two handsome sons Jonathan and Justin, and two dogs Abbey and Gordon. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, bird watching, and traveling.
