Eric Jackson-Scott graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a Chemistry degree, and was accepted at Harvard University for post-graduate research and Biotechnology.

During this time, he studied the mechanisms of bacterial lipopolysaccharide attachment to intestinal protein structures. He then graduated from the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine with his MD.

He has been practicing medicine in California since 2007. Late in 2014, he began new direct pay care practice in Santa Cruz serving Santa Cruz County – Capitola, Scotts Valley, Soquel, Aptos, Watsonville, Salinas, & Los Gatos.
