Dr. Ambrose had the pleasure of growing up in the metro east area and started his career as a chiropractor. Graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, he practiced for two years as a chiropractor, then decided to go back to medical school. Dr. Ambrose then completed medical school and ultimately an Internal Medicine Residency at Southern Illinois University.

After residency Dr. Ambrose entered practice as an Internal Medicine physician but realized that something was missing in the healthcare system. This led him to expanding his scope of practice to address his patient’s concerns in a more holistic approach.
