Dr. Michael Devlin was voted Best Cosmetic Surgeon in Little Rock, Arkansas for 2016 by AY Magazine. Dr. Michael Devlin was born and raised in Southern California in San Bernardino. He graduated valedictorian of his high school class and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of California, Davis. In addition, he received academic honors of Who’s Who among American Universities and Colleges, National Dean’s List.
