Dr. Hogue earned his M.D. degree from Stanford University in 1992. In 2004, Dr. Hogue along with his wife Lori Hogue, RN started Hogue Cosmetic Surgery. This innovative specialty clinic has grown and expanded across Minnesota offering multiple subsidiary HCS MedSpa clinic locations. Hogue Cosmetic Surgery and HCS MedSpa are dedicated to the treatment of cosmetic conditions that matter most to our patients. As a physician inventor, Dr. Hogue’s creativity and thorough understanding of cosmetic laser surgery has led to multiple surgical innovations and patents.

Dr. Hogue, a board certified cosmetic surgeon and Diplomat of the American Board of Laser Surgery, has pioneered and perfected multiple thermal-based procedures combined with cosmetic regenerative medicine techniques to achieve world-class results for his patients.
