Dr. Sigman is a graduate of Tufts University where he played Varsity Lacrosse. He graduated from University of Maryland Medical School. He completed his Post Graduate training at the Tufts University Orthopedic program. He then went on to additional training at the prestigious Kerlan Jobe Orthopedic clinic in Los Angeles.

While at the Kerlan Jobe clinic Dr. Sigman participated on the medical staff of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Lakers, as well as USC football. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Sigman is a Team Physician for the US Ski Jump Team. He travels to Europe regularly to help in coverage.
