Usama H. Ghazi, D.O. is a graduate of Midwestern University – Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UCLA/VAGLAHS (Los Angeles, California). Dr. Ghazi completed fellowship training in Pain Management and served as a clinical instructor at the Stanford Interventional Spine Center.

He is board of certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and in Pain Medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is an adjunct assistant professor at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University in California.
