Dr. Willis Wu received his undergraduate degree of biomedical engineering from Duke University with a minor in chemistry. He went toDrexel University College of Medicine for his medical degree after a year of working in medical research at University of California at Irvine. After completing one year of internal medicine internship, he pursued his residency training in anesthesiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Subsequently and finally, he completed his fellowship training as an interventional pain specialist at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

He is the author of a case report published in the prestigious anesthesia
journal, Anesthesiology in January 2013. He is specialized in
interventional approach of pain management including ultrasound-guided
injections.
